The Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel, owned by The Crown property bureau, is one of the masterpieces building in Sindhorn Village. The site sits on Langsuan road, flanked by two high-rise buildings and the main green area of the project known as "super green".

Text provided by Landscape Architects. Recently, Bangkok has one of the most traffic jams in the World. As a result, more and more people have moved in to live in the city instead. Because of land prices, traditional house and garden are unaffordable, replaced by Vertical living which has a lot more density in compact sites. For Sindhorn Residence, the design team had to work with such a limited space and tried their best to create a microclimate, in order to provide a comfortable living space for the residents.

Sindhorn Residence is a luxury condominium located at Tonson Rd. in the heart of Bangkok city, a location which surrounded by green scenery from many international embassy. The project sits right on the Tonson Rd. which limits the height in the frontal area, so we decided to separate the project into two towers, the low rise and the high rise.

Site: Sindhorn Building built in 1980, a more than 80,000 sq.m. Office building located on one of the most beautiful road in Bangkok called Wireless road, has been extended several times. Until now the owner has an intension to reimage the building by having a spectacular building in front of it to create new image and programs to support the building.
