The Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, named after The Film Society board member, and award-winning filmmaker and designer Elinor Bunin Munroe, is part of the 16-acre Lincoln Center campus redevelopment and was designed by David Rockwell and Rockwell Group who also collaborated with Diller Scofidio + Renfro on the exterior. Rockwell Group transformed this underutilized office space and a parking garage into a new state-of-the-art street-level Film Center, which houses two theaters, an amphitheater, and a café. With the opening of the Film Center, the Film Society was able to dramatically expand its programming with an emphasis on film education.

The ICA is the first museum to be built in Boston in 100 years. The 65,000 sf building includes temporary and permanent galleries, a 330 seat multi–purpose theater, a restaurant, bookstore, education/workshop facilities, and administrative offices. It straddles the competing objectives of a dynamic civic building for public programs and an intimate, contemplative environment for viewing art.

The project is a seven acre assemblage of new and adapted buildings, open-air structures, landscaped areas, and paved and decked surfaces along the Little White Oak Bayou. Pieced together from one large main site and a collection of smaller lots, the project is a unique example of urban infill, feathered into the fabric of the neighborhood on both sides of the bayou floodway and offering views of the Houston skyline. Owned and operated by a diverse and local group of live music fans and professionals, the venues offer a new state-of-the-art, transit oriented cultural hub for the Near Northside neighborhood and for the city.

The Marshall Family Performing Arts Center is the focus of the performing arts at the Greenhill School. The design establishes a dialogue between building and campus: the building’s configuration creates a sequence of spaces that shape an outdoor courtyard and frame views out to the existing campus. The courtyard is animated by a double-height lobby. Designed to be an ascending gallery of collaborative spaces, the lobby connects all the performance venues and creates a destination for informal performances and spontaneous interactions.

Providing performance space, exhibitions, installations, and an outdoor amphitheater, the Center's long structural spans, high ceilings, and large floor plates stimulate a necessary collaborative environment with flexibility. Seeking LEED Gold certification, the exterior venetian blind system and green roof are just a few of the sustainable features for the Granoff Center.

Designed by Leeser Architecture, the Museum of the Moving Image is hoping to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Winner of a national design competition and a Progressive Architecture Award, the Diana Center establishes a new nexus for social, cultural, and intellectual life at Barnard College. From the historic entrance gate at Broadway, the wedge-shaped design frames a clear sightline linking the central campus at Lehman Lawn to the lower level historic core of the campus. The Diana Center extends Lehman Lawn horizontally and vertically: descending planted terraces cascade north to Milbank Hall, previously isolated by a 14-foot-high retaining wall and plaza, and ascending double-height atria bring natural light and views into the seven-story structure.
