Who we are:

GreenXA Consulting was started by director Suzanne O'Keeffe in 2014, and is based in Cape Town. Suzanne has her MSc degree in mechanical engineering, and is a Green Star SA Accredited Professional for New Buildings. She has experience with building modelling for SANS 10400-XA compliance reporting, Green Star SA submissions (energy and daylight modelling), and Part L compliance reporting (UK energy efficiency regulation). Suzanne has completed a SANS 10400-XA training course and is qualified as a competent person in terms of this standard.
