Seoul, South Korea - HYBE, the entertainment powerhouse behind internationally renowned K-pop stars, stands as an entertainment lifestyle platform company, housing various label companies under its umbrella. The HYBE Headquarters project marks a significant milestone in the company's journey as it transitions from a singular entity to a colossal corporation known as HYBE, embodying a new direction through spatial design. Reflecting the ever-evolving nature of an entertainment business, the project team, comprising FHHH friends, COM, and HYBE CBO Office (led by Min Hee-jin and Shin Dong-hoon), collaborated across architecture, interior design, and branding disciplines to bring the project to fruition.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club University of Chicago Academic Complex | Francis and Rose Yuen Campus in Hong Kong is a new hub for the University of Chicago’s renowned Booth School of Business and home to its global MBA Program. Transforming a challenging, abandoned historic site, the facility promotes the University’s inter-cultural partnership with the region of Hong Kong while providing an oasis of wonder, culture, and ecological resiliency for the community.

Cultural Center
An auction house is a hybrid between museum, gallery, market – culture and trading. An auction house links past, present, and future. Ultimately, an auction house celebrates and passes on awareness of history and traditions; it provides a stage for cultural values: respect and responsibility, valuation and prediction, beauty and meaning. An auction house attracts and gathers people and auctions are social events for the appreciation of art and culture. The building acts as a social catalyst for cultural exchange and imagines a home for the arts in a broader sense – a home for its makers (the artists) and its keepers (the collectors).

Five Manhattan West / REX

Designed by architecture rm Davis Brody (now Davis Brody Bond) and completed in 1969, 450 West 33rd Street (now Five Manhattan West) was an exemplar of late Brutalist architecture. The edifice’s structure is effectively a steel bridge spanning the Penn Station rail lines leading to Hudson Yards, supporting a cast-in-place concrete column-and-slab frame. The building’s enclosure was originally composed of precast concrete in- ll panels with integrated windows.
