They constitute a point of entry to the district. The transition from a natural landscape to organic geometry and a gentle form of urbanisation integrated with nature is at the heart of the project, whose essence is defined by the surrounding landscape whilst also articulating the entrance to the southern end of the Zac.

The facility is thus ideally integrated into the pedestrian network, at the crossroads of the two main routes that connect the Paris-Seine University sector and the Val d’Oise prefecture.
