The project for the new leather's manufacture in Riom is being established within a section of the town's former Tobacco Factory, built in 1877. Located near the city center, just 400 meters from the train station, the twenty or so buildings are bordered to the east by railway tracks, and to the north, south, and west by residential areas and intermediate housing.

Site Integration - The school complex appears in the landscape with a controlled formal and material duality: The classrooms appear in the form of monolithic pavilions that rhythmically shape the landscape with a sequential façade, both dynamic and systematic, offering a different appearance from every viewpoint, sometimes massive, sometimes transparent. The facades, made of in-situ tinted concrete that gives off a warm and welcoming appearance, are then sandblasted after pouring to expose aggregates, in certain places, thus controlling the final quality. The pavilion classrooms emerge from the ground like rocks–raw, noble and timeless. Shared spaces, including the after-school center, the restaurant, and the main hall of the school complex, are revealed under significant aluminum roofs that guide the visitor toward the entrances. Thus, the proposed architecture for the different volumes distinguishes between reserved spaces dedicated exclusively to learning and shared, multi-purpose spaces intended for all neighborhood residents. In this sense, it respects the urban hierarchy known and recognizable to all, in which public facilities punctuate the urban landscape within a uniform mass of buildings for private use.

La Maison D'Egypte is an attempt to revisit the essence of Egyptian architecture, especially considering its strong Parisian location: the Cite Internationale Universitaire de Paris, full of early modernist buildings such as Le Corbusier's Fondation Suisse 1933 and the House of Brazil 1957. The design intent was to create this building as more than just your standard dormitory and make into a home away from home for both Egyptian and international students in the heart of Paris.

Located on the site of the disaffected Espagne barrack, the CCIR (Circus Center for Innovation and Research) is the first step in Auch’s urban replanning. This program includes housing for embers of resident troupes, studios, a large rehearsal room, and a permanent circus tent, able to seat 700 people. This project introduces three different worlds, which, when put together, form a cohesive and readable space.

Its monolithic mineral bulk is borrowed from the giant bunker and its rough-hewed shape is borrowed from neighbouring utilitarian designs. Concrete is conferred sovereign status as a material.
