        <![CDATA[<p>The apartment is located in a building with a flexible layout where the subdivision possibilities were multiple, including the option of a second bathroom. The building already featured a contemporary design language with structural exposed concrete walls. It was purchased by a young couple: she is a journalist, fashion blogger, and vegan; he is an engineer and carnivore. Together, they form a band called Thelucywood. We started with the premise of a young couple who wants a practical lifestyle, making the loft concept the most suitable option given the rather small space for a more conventional layout. The outdoor area, which is the same size as the interior, greatly helped to make the overall space feel larger and more pleasant.</p>]]>
