The Winio Office Space utilizes modern design techniques infused with technology, history, and humanistic elements to create an incredibly comfortable and inclusive workspace. Stepping into the space feels like entering a cinematic world: an expansive area stretches beyond the line of sight, shaped by a powerful interplay of large black and white color blocks and fluent lines, while soft lighting introduces a touch of romance. Between the tangible and the virtual, the space truly stands out.

Located in the northern part of Dongting Lake, Linxiang is rich in local lore. Legend has it that Huang Gai, a famous general of the Eastern Wu, once "broke reeds to make floats" on Taiping Lake in Yunmeng Ze (today's Huang Gai Lake), pioneering the use of floats for fishing. Leveraging these rich local resources and historical traditions, the core of this planning project seamlessly grafts the bamboo craft and fishing float industries onto cultural tourism.
