A 700 m² corporate floor located in the JFL 125 Building, on Rebouças Avenue, was chosen to house the new office of Superbid Exchange, a pioneer in digital auctions in Brazil. The corporate interior design was led by the Perkins&Will São Paulo studio. Guided by the premise of welcoming clients and hosting remote-first employees in a single location—providing a stimulating and dynamic environment for relationship building—the architecture team designed a circular layout to maximize natural light and views, creating a central core that features a large arena.

The Ateliê Colormix is a place of decoration objects. Materials such as natural stones, concrete, porcelain tiles and ceramics are the inspiration for objects with a special design. The architecture and interiors project are focused on different materials and textures, to create a dialogue with the store’s concept. The expositor products areas are in the main room. In the secondary room, located in the posterior area, we can find the administration area as well as the coffee zone. Both constructions are facing to an internal courtyard used for meetings, events, and courses.

Innovating in techniques and escaping the standards, architect Consuelo Jorge, built her residence more than 15 years ago, on a corner of a traditional and quiet neighborhood in São Paulo. The three-story metal structure, a nine-meter ceiling height that explores natural lighting, glass, and materials that were chosen for their sustainability, rainwater harvesting and solar energy, resulted in a project completed in nine months. All these conditions transformed the construction with a unique characteristic: revolutionary. In practice, there are several innovative, environmental and architectural concepts, but the main one is living. Consuelo and her family love gardening, bikes and adventures, which makes the house a perfect comfortable retreat for all times.
