Located in Perdizes, São Paulo, this 1950s townhouse underwent a complete renovation designed by the office Península Arquitetura. The property, with 200 m² of built area, was acquired in poor condition by a couple of business owners and grandparents — recurring clients of the firm — who wanted a well-lit, ventilated space adapted for hosting family. The project, completed in about a year and a half, sought to preserve the original characteristics of the construction while updating the floor plan to meet new contemporary demands.

Located in a traditional building in Higienópolis, this 230-square-meter apartment underwent a complete transformation to adapt its layout to contemporary living. The firm Terra Arquitetura developed a concept that built upon the qualities of the original construction — characterized by generous room sizes, a well-resolved structure, and abundant natural light — while addressing the limitations of an overly compartmentalized layout and finishes that no longer resonated with the residents' lifestyle.

The headquarters of Eliz Capital, designed by the Peninsula Arquitetura team in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, translates a contemporary vision of the corporate environment: light, bright, and organized to foster collaboration among teams. With 350 m² occupying half of a floor in a commercial building on Rua Harmonia, the project stems from a continuous collaboration between client and firm — a relationship that made it possible to respond precisely to the demands for integration, fluidity, and comfort in the daily work routine.

The invitation to design the renovation of the residence located on Marcos Azevedo Street, in São Paulo, proposed adapting the existing property to house the new location of Salvi Café & Cozinha. The original construction featured modernist-inspired characteristics, and the design concept sought to enhance these elements, fostering a dialogue between the existing structure and the requirements of the new program.
