        <![CDATA[<p>The two main starting points for developing this project were the integration of the social areas and the humanization of the double-height ceiling. Like many new developments in São Paulo, this apartment, recently delivered by the developer, featured a large double-height balcony and poorly divided social spaces. To address this, our layout proposal positioned the dining table as a dividing element between the kitchen and the living room.</p>]]>
