The project is located on the parcel north of Jiangong Lake in Haimen, bordered by Shanghai Road to the south, Dafeng Road to the north, Dongjiang Road to the west, and Huangpujiang Road to the east. The site is currently used primarily as agricultural fishponds and is surrounded by flat terrain. The immediate objective was to re-plan the redline area of Plot B2, diversifying its functional programming and enhancing the site's versatility. The plot features a flat topography, measuring approximately 82 meters from north to south and 135 meters from east to west, presenting a regular geometric shape. The site benefits from excellent transport accessibility along its eastern and southern boundaries, while the western side faces agricultural fishponds, offering a pleasant natural ecology.

The Eye of Wisdom, serving as a functional and commercial complement to the Nengda Business District, is the latest masterpiece by Atelier Scale in Nantong. The fluid architectural lines contrast with the surrounding orthogonal office buildings, establishing a harmonious dialogue with the Nengda Mansion and acting as a defining landmark for the entire area.
