The Vila Romana Triplex was a very special project inspired by design, art, culture and games. To achieve the final result with a contemporary design, the 250m² apartment features modern solutions such as the integration of environments, a swimming pool with a glass edge, a staircase and a mezzanine that is hollowed out in a slender metalwork design. On the other hand, it was a very challenging process, as the apartment is in an old building where the implementation of the solutions required a series of adaptations. Sectoring the 3 floors of the project, on the first floor, in the Social Hall, we have a first reference (there are many) to Brasilia with a painting we made with tiles by Athos Bulcão. Entering the apartment through the Social Entrance, we have the Dining Room, Kitchen and Laundry and the corridor to the bedrooms. The idea was to integrate the dining room and kitchen through a cobogó wall that also brings natural light into the corridor leading to the intimate areas. The client's dream was to have a pink kitchen. So, we used the same pink finishes for the kitchen and laundry room, which are also integrated, but with the challenge of not making them look childish, we counterbalanced the pink of the cabinets and the ceramic tiles with a Portuguese design (a link to their other house) on the floor with the graphite color of the countertop veneer, details of the freijó joinery and the cladding above the countertop in blue. n the dining room, the organic tabletop designed by us follows the design of the room, allowing for fluid circulation around the space and the wooden floor brings the warmth of natural materials into the room. This room also features wall art by the artist Dani Shirozono, a close friend of the couple.

Architecture and Fashion Design are fields of expression that can share many principles related to the ethical and aesthetic values of human culture. As a subtle synthesis, what was sought in this reformulation of the stylist Fernanda Yamamoto’s store in São Paulo, was the dialogue between structures that can manifest both what is ephemeral and what is perennial. From the new volumes of the dressing rooms, a space of vital importance for the ambiance of those who visit, the static dimension of architecture is constantly transformed by the possibility of changing the fabrics of the curtains that identify each collection of the stylist. Parallel to this, these same fabrics are surrounded by a diaphanous 'skin' - the glass - which, with its reflections and transparencies, causes them to take on distinct aspects, added to a new equally expressive lighting. Built in 2009, the fashion designer saw the need to transform and adapt store spaces to a new atmosphere.

The Purpurina building was built in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, a bohemian neighborhood currently undergoing a process of intense transformation. Even though it is located in a street corner and has a great location in the neighborhood, the building’s plot is difficult to occupy due to its reduced dimensions. Betting on the plot’s potential, the owner asked for a flexible building, and after its completion, it was occupied by a fast casual hamburger restaurant and bar with a surf theme.

A two-story Project built in a 250 sqm site located in the countryside of São Paulo state, the site área is considerably small so the greatest conception challenge was to build a house where the social áreas were unsegregated creating the sensation of amplitude. The upper store is made of a simple and sober concept, supported by two columns in the garage, that support results in a 2,70m cantilever searching for lightness to the building, a metal brise soleil controls the natural light and unifies the facade.
