The project extends a multipurpose sports building by occupying the second of the existing squash courts, completing the H-shaped geometry defined by the original concrete walls. The intervention recovers and enhances this existing structure, using the same material in the new construction to ensure architectural integration and continuity, while preserving its memory.

Agrosemillas’ offices are set within an agro-industrial landscape shaped by the scale of large vehicles, logistical infrastructures, and production processes rather than by the scale of people. The complex stands beside a national road that separates it from the small town of El Peral — a municipality of 660 inhabitants — and is surrounded by vast agricultural fields with few immediate references. The character of the place emerges both from this territorial condition and from a climate defined by strong seasonal contrasts and recurrent episodes of torrential rain. Work rhythms follow the cycles of the harvest, alternating quieter periods with phases of continuous activity.

The Muro nursery school, in Mallorca, is located on elevated ground within a transitional area between the urban fabric and agricultural fields. In its immediate surroundings, landmarks of the landscape and collective life can be identified, such as an old marés stone windmill, the stands of the football field, and the built urban skyline. From its position, the site offers wide views of the area and its main references, including the Church of Sant Joan Baptista and the Convent of Santa Anna.

The housing is located on the top floor of a building from the 1970s. Like most penthouses in the city, it is a residual space despite being the most coveted apartment. By retracting the facade, the unit is positioned above the secondary spaces of the lower floors, with narrow frames and numerous obstacles such as downspouts or ventilation ducts. The goal is to camouflage these defects and through a process of subtraction, leave its structure exposed. Three main spaces are created beneath the original layout.
