Located in the northwest corner of the Liuxiandong Headquarters Base in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the project borders the West Campus of Shenzhen Polytechnic to the north and the ZTE Industrial Park, along with its staff apartments and a mountain park, to the west. To its east and south lie the DJI Headquarters and a green corridor. Phase 1 of the development covers a construction land area of 32,140.82 square meters, with a total gross floor area of 411,913 square meters—including 301,850 square meters of above-ground floor area and 84,300 square meters of basement. Integrating R&D, commercial, and public supporting facilities, the design addresses diverse functional requirements scientifically and rationally, aiming to create a next-generation "low-carbon e-community" for the information technology industry.
