To its east and south lie the DJI Headquarters and a green corridor. Phase 1 of the development covers a construction land area of 32,140.82 square meters, with a total gross floor area of 411,913 square meters—including 301,850 square meters of above-ground floor area and 84,300 square meters of basement. Integrating R&D, commercial, and public supporting facilities, the design addresses diverse functional requirements scientifically and rationally, aiming to create a next-generation "low-carbon e-community" for the information technology industry.
