        <![CDATA[<p>The Xiongan Citizen Service Center is the first large-scale building complex constructed after the establishment of the Xiongan New Area. It serves as a microcosm and a demonstration project for the future development of smart, green cities in Xiongan. Combining planning exhibition, conference training, government services, the Administrative Committee's offices, and corporate office spaces, the construction process integrated more than 30 new technologies—including prefabricated steel structures, BIM, CIM, passive building design, and integrated utility tunnels. As a result, it has become an innovative "experimental field" for domestic construction and a "model demonstration zone" for the city of the future.</p>]]>
