Villa Haverdal is situated on a flat, wedge-shaped plot in Haverdal, nestled between two summer cottage areas. To harmonize with the scale of its surroundings, the house has been divided into three narrow gabled volumes, each only five meters wide. This silhouette creates a rhythm, with building forms that reference the architecture of nearby cottages and lend the house a modest presence.

Notuddsparken is an award-winning new construction of two buildings with 46 apartments in Västerås, Sweden. The houses are built entirely in wood, using modern timber construction techniques, and have received the highest FEBY Gold certification. Beautiful architecture combined with social responsibility and a clear environmental focus is the basis of Okidoki’s innovative work in housing development. In the project, Okidoki, together with the client Bright Living, has developed its own model for social sustainability: the Five Percent Model.

The office building Stuveriet towers up in 16 stories of thunder blue sheet metal at Masthuggskajen, Gothenburg. An irregular plot created a volume with many corners and edges that are rounded upwards to a character all its own. The house has been given a silhouette suitable for the rough Gothenburg weather, where rain and debris sweep with and not against the rounded facade shape. The roof silhouette also shields off the building's open technology area that no one wants to see.

The new pavilion in the national park of Tresticklan is situated in Dalsland, close to the Norwegian border. The park is the largest uninhabited area in the south of Sweden with over 30 square kilometers of roadless land, dominated by harsh, dry marshlands and lakes. "Trestickel" means trident, possibly a reference to the shape of Lake Stora Tresticklan in the vicinity of the park.

Gällivare, located north of the Arctic circle, is a city undergoing a unique transformation. Two centres will merge when neighbouring area Malmberget is relocated to Gällivare as a result of mining development. Through dialogues with citizens and contact with the local business sector and other stakeholders, the municipality has established a vision to build a “world-class Arctic town”. Liljewall has contributed to this vision through the creation of Kunskapshuset, which will house the municipality’s upper secondary school and adult education centres. Using the mine and nature’s contours as inspiration, the six-storey-high school has been designed as a landmark that tells the story of the culture and the area. The asymmetrical design breaks down the building’s scale and gives it an enduring and powerful architectural character.
