With the purpose of creating a contemporary, young, and relaxed environment, the architectural project designed by MACRO Arquitetos, led by architects Carlos Duarte and Juliana Nogueira, for the health and wellness startup Vitat, was conceived to deliver a layout that reflects the company's pillars while incorporating low-cost solutions. The office, which accommodates 200 employees, was implemented on a single floor of a building where the elevator core is centrally located. Using this layout as a starting point, the architects designed two opposing environments. On one side is the workspace, featuring desks and a meeting room for day-to-day operations. On the other side is a more informal, multi-use space with a lounge area, pantry, video game zone, exercise area, and another meeting room for gatherings and lectures.

When acquired by a family, this semi-detached house in Vila Leopoldina still featured its original characteristics, reflecting much of the personality of the neighborhood—one of the oldest in São Paulo and a portrait of the city's industrial and railway past. Upon being hired, Renata Lovro Arquitetura faced the main challenge, at the clients' request, of updating the spaces for contemporary living, tailored to the reality of a family with children who loves to host friends.
