        <![CDATA[<p><strong>History</strong><br>The project arose from a partnership between the Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfenalco Santander, the Institute of Housing and Urban Reform of Bucaramanga, and the Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga. It consists of 240 apartments framed within the Priority Interest Housing for Savers program (VIPA), designed to provide a housing solution for families with incomes of up to two minimum wages.</p>]]>
