This small-scale regional project is made unique through civic generosity and community-mindedness. TOTS comprises 5 commercial tenancies and one house occupied by the developer, whose goal was to make a positive contribution to the community of Trentham whilst creating an income stream for retirement. Located opposite the former Trentham railway station and the town's only petrol station, this development extends the commercial precinct from the high street shops one block away, consolidating the main activity center and contributing to the charming village feel and tourism potential of this small rural town. The residence that makes up the southern end of the development is a contemporary, stripped-back take on a traditional double-fronted Victorian cottage, and through its considered detailing and use of recycled brick it begins the transition in architectural language from the neighboring dwellings to the commercial zone addressing the corner.

The Banyan Tree Riverside Residences stands out as a distinctive architectural statement on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Designed to be an urban riverfront sanctuary, this 45-storey condominium is located just 16 meters from the riverbank, nestled between the Old City District and the Central Business District. The design strives for formal simplicity complemented by crafted detailing to create an iconic and finely textured silhouette along the Bangkok riverfront skyline. The all-glass façade, both transparent and ephemeral, is a tribute to the building’s close relationship to the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok’s legendary “River of Kings”, ensuring that all units have sweeping views of the water.

As architects, we strive to create a warm, dynamic and attractive space for users.

Today, bathrooms that include new technologies, clean projects, integrating new materials with an emphatic use of color are highlighted. Next, we compiled a selection of 34 toilets that reflect this trend.

Furthermore, the needs of the big family – a couple, their 4 children and 1 grandmother demanded that living spaces be maximised.

A meaningful engagement with nature was the driving thought behind the conceptualization of Seletar Park Residence. Upon arrival at the site, the entrance is lined with mature rain trees, greeting the visitor almost ceremoniously before the space extends onwards to open into a clearing embraced by the surrounding terrain. This theme is recurring and impressed – preserved in the design to create a home that first welcomes and lateroffers experiences with nature. Providing a backdrop of simple elegance, the fine edges and sharp lines of the rectilinear forms break down the massing of the blocks while offering a textured fabric through repetition of frames, sun-shading ledges, façade fins and trellises. Rigorous in its application, this fabric lines the site boundaries, forming a canvas onto which a central landscaped court is strongly expressed.

Set in a lush tropical landscape across the street from the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Cluny Park Residence comprises 52 units positioned over four storeys, each with private lift access. The condominium takes full advantage of its privileged location by the new UNESCO World Heritage site, with every unit sporting a large balcony bordered by angled fins that provide sun shading and division between neighbouring units, whilst directing and framing the views towards the Garden’s greenery.
