They became more contemporary, while still respecting their past and integrating into the beautiful landscape of Governador Celso Ramos. As a result, some original elements remained, such as a few steps that marked the various floor levels. This was the starting point for the renovation of the main house's interiors. “We leveled all the rooms in the social areas and also removed a staircase leading to the bedrooms, which used to be where the sofa is today,” details Taís Bonetti. The project highlights several natural references and exalts authentic materials in a casual and elegant atmosphere. One of the bathrooms, for example, features rustic stone and a glass ceiling to let the sunlight pour in. The solid wood deck flooring, the gray basalt countertop and niche, and the lightened freijó wood cabinetry emphasize this atmosphere within a contemporary design that is versatile, cozy, and functional.
