Casa FL, designed by architect Paula Warchavchik from W.Arquitetura in collaboration with Paula Caio from Studio Theodora Home, is a true sanctuary of warmth where integrated spaces connect with the surrounding nature. Located in Vila Madalena, the 200-square-meter space was designed for a couple expecting their first child, and their dog. "The couple's desire was to create a welcoming environment to host friends and family," the architect explains. Preserving and highlighting the original structure of the semi-detached house was one of the main challenges, and targeted interventions were made to enhance the sense of openness and light inside.
