A summer house with singular architecture, designed to fit a 640-square-meter steeply sloping plot while enhancing the natural features of its surroundings in southern Bahia. This was the starting point for the Odara project, which was developed over approximately three months.

The Jangada House was born from a particularly challenging set of conditions: to accommodate a demanding program, designed for clients with refined tastes and high standards of finishing, on a very constrained lot. Sited on a plot measuring approximately 10 by 28 meters within the Vila do Outeiro das Brisas, the residence had to fit four comfortable suites while respecting the strict 40% maximum footprint limit imposed by local condominium regulations.

Rubro Negro House / W.A.M.V Arquitetura

On the southern coast of Bahia, between Trancoso and Caraíva, the firm W.A.M.V Arquitetura designed a compact and efficient residence that combines smart technical solutions with a warm, personal aesthetic. The house was designed to be a low-maintenance summer home, with 1,290 square feet (120 m²) of built area on a 2,475-square-foot (230 m²) plot.
