Completed in December 2025, the "Rue de l'Église" project redevelops a 1970s office building in Neuilly-sur-Seine to meet 21st-century standards of well-being, working comfort, and urban integration. Rather than demolishing and rebuilding, the architects chose a more resilient path: transforming and densifying the existing structure through a simultaneous intervention on its three dimensions — the façade, the ground, and the roof.

Our project for the ONF’s new headquarters addresses multiple issues: the urban transformation of one of Maisons-Alfort’s strategic sites, providing the office headquarters with a modern outlook inspired by the 21st-century open space architecture, and the acknowledgment of contemporary ecological challenges through the use of woodwork.

This operation of demolition-rebuilding of the Hautes-Noues social housing project, which will offer living quarters to over 9,650 people in the process of integration, fits into the current dynamic of renovation at work in the municipality of Villiers-sur-Marne. To take into account the future densification of the terrain, the new housing project is located at the back of the lot behind the existing one. Three evenly-spaced avant-corps on the street façade soften the effect that too harsh a frontality would have created.

In the new quarter of the Montjoie urban development zone in Saint-Denis, the different lots are intended to function as semi-autonomous perimeter blocks. Once all the parcels are completed, the blocks will form a new fragment of a coherent city. Our project proposes to work on the block/building and the stakes of unity and density that go along with it.
