Renovation of a one floor house implanted on a square flat terrain in an urban lot. The main intervention was to integrate the social area with an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room, all in sequence.

The residence is set in a plain urban terrain and was built with a mixed structure of steel and concrete. The metal frame on the ground floor sustained an apparent concrete slab, releasing the integration with the outside garden with minimal visual interference.

The house is located on an inclined site with access to two streets. The pedestrian access is by the street situated in the upper side and the car access is by the street situated in the lower side of the terrain.
