        <![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height: 1.45em;">This project treats itself about a work of extension and reform of the existing building of Olympic Rowing Orio´s Club, located in the province of Gipuzkoa between the municipal areas of Aia and <a href="/tag/orio">Orio</a> both lying on the river Oria. The trapezoidal plot, presents a principal front of access from a high level (+12,00 meters) on the front façade, forming a natural closure rocky plot boundary. From the south high zone, and by means of an access ramp, the base platform height is reached at 4,50 meters.</span><br></p>]]>
