This project is a renovation of the building in Kharkiv, Ukraine. New feature given to the empty space of the former exhibition center. At the entrance to the space, visitors are greeted by a bright orange portal and a reception area which can light up in different colors.

The cafe 'Unit' became one of the objects of the revitalization project of the part of the plant in Kiev and our team was working on it. This cafe is for students who study at IT-school 'Unit Factory'. In the beginning we did not plan to build it. But while working on the IT-school project, we understood that there was not so much space for a big canteen or a cafeteria in the reconstructed building. Then we decided to offer the investor to locate the cafe apart.

House Reconstruction for a Young Family / TSEH Architectural Group

The object of a reconstruction is a country/suburban house near Kyiv (Ukraine). It was totally neglected by former owners. Original building had a lot of small rooms and an attic. In our redesign we removed the walls including a part of a bearing wall, which was replaced with a wooden beam. A kitchen and a living room became one space.

The concept of the reconstruction was to penetrate deep into the strict constructivism (soviet modernism) with fresh air, lightness of forms and elements of Nature, to create synergy of rational and irrational, to integrate Life spring into the product of technology progress of Man, to permeate through Artificial not destroying but leaving the trail of Genuine, adding and reviving.
