Jorge Fayet 550 is a small-scale apartment building in Porto Alegre's Chácara das Pedras neighborhood, situated on a small land, only eleven meters in front of it and thirty-seven meters deep, with east-west solar orientation.

To create the character of this residence, we sought to make an architectural object of great sobriety and simplicity, which was balanced and rigorous, where the different materials employed are shown in their essence, without intermediaries. The residence starts from a large rectangular brick prism perched on concrete blades that organize the spaces.

Golden Tower is a commercial enterprise, high corporate standard, in order to combine the latest design trends, architecture, and technology. Conceptually, the project consists of two triangular prismatic volumes generated through a perfect cube, the front volume reflective glass, comes in contrast to the more sober and solid volume and monolithic lateral facade. The strength of the two prisms with a triangular base with a glass surface, comprising elegant and contemporary lines of its volumetric together with "brises" enhance vertical upright assembly.
