Jardim América House / TODOS Arquitetura

Creating a unique identity for two neighboring houses that were different from each other: that is how begins this project located in Jardim América, in the city of São Paulo. The first of them featured a colonial style, with apparent wood under the roof eaves; the second one, smaller, looked like the typical two-story houses of São Paulo, with a concrete slab roof.

In our first incursion in Trancoso, Bahia, in the northeast region of Brazil, we projected the interior design of a 330 m² house designed by Studio OR + K for seasonal rent. Having that in mind, it was necessary to keep certain neutrality, but without giving up the rustic and chic atmosphere that is so striking in Quadrado, the main tourist spot in the village, where the house is located - and where it stands out for its white facade amidst the other colorful houses around it.

The Liberdade Residential Building is located in Liberdade, a traditional neighborhood in the center of São Paulo, home to the world's largest ethnic Japanese community outside Japan, and it strives to restore the young people's ties to the heart of the city, creating a multicultural and diverse community that embraces new lifestyles without compromising the bond with their roots. TODOS has designed two model apartments for the development, one with 19m² and the other with 29m².

In an area with more than 90 thousand m², in Interlagos Avenue – SP, is located the Digital Building Santander. In this place, that has the feeling of a small city, the technological development team of the bank is reunited. The project was designed to be the stage of great innovations, in an atmosphere that transpires creativity and technology. In the Retrofit project, the “First Gate” entrance building was surrounded by a versatile metallic skin, leading employees and visitors to the new reception.
