The reform project for a residence located in the Terras de São Jose condominium in Itu was based on the desire of a couple with two children to spend more time with friends and family away from the hectic rhythm of São Paulo City. The house acquired by the family had its living area redesigned through a precise and rich intervention, resulting in a spacious, cozy, and sophisticated environment.

The Farm, Fazenda Barreiro is located on the slopes of the Serrote mountains, the southernmost stretch of the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the municipality of Socorro/SP. Previously focused on horse breeding and later undergoing degradation due to the leasing of pastures for cattle raising, the farm has renewed activity and is definitely inserted in the context of the region's vocation, coffee production.

Truss House / Terra Capobianco + Galeria Arquitetos

The architectural firms Terra Capobianco and Galeria Arquitetos are responsible for the Casa Treliça (Truss House) project, a 464 m² building in the Alto de Pinheiros district, São Paulo. Through the rationality of the construction systems, the architecture sought to produce a large space totally integrated into the landscape around the 533.35 m² lot.

The ‘Casa dos Cajueiros’ (Cashew Trees House) located on the Brazilian southeast cost, is in front of the marine strip. Its discrete implementation is not immediately revealed to the bathers. The house is hidden between the light and the shadows of the cashew-trees occupying the frontal part of the 27,327-square-foot (2,538-square-meter) lot.
