Renovation of an apartment located in the Quinta Camacho neighborhood. The building was constructed in the 1980s; however, no original finishes were preserved since we found nothing of heritage value, and overall, the apartment was in very poor condition. The apartment originally had only two bedrooms, so the layout was completely redistributed to add a third bedroom and a third bathroom to increase the property's market value, per our client's request.
