The Cité Internationale Université de Toulouse is located on a historic site in one of Toulouse's emblematic science districts, between the neighborhoods of Busca and Saint-Michel. The so-called "H" building was constructed in the early 20th century by architect Joseph Thillet, who also designed the buildings at 39–41 Allées Jules Guesde. It was funded by Paul Sabatier using the prize money from his 1912 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to establish the first research laboratory for the Faculty of Science in Toulouse. Construction of the "H" building was completed in 1916, making it the first structure to be erected on the site. However, it was immediately requisitioned for use as a military hospital during World War I. It was not until 1919 that Paul Sabatier was finally able to install the chemistry laboratories there. Prior to that, the laboratories had been located at the Faculty of Science on the Allées Jules Guesde, in the buildings that now house the Quai des Savoirs.

The TAA agency presents one of its recent projects: "Les Herbettes", which involves the construction of 102 collective housing units in three buildings, in the southeastern area of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne, France). Located near the Montaudran train station, the Rangueil campus, and the ring road, the plot is bordered by Avenue des Herbettes to the north and Avenue de Lespinet to the west, along with the Montaudran aeronautics site, placing it within the heritage area. The plot was occupied by a student residence, which was subject to a demolition permit. The shape of the project's plot results from the passage of a Public Equipment Easement, which includes a bus lane and a cycle path. The easement process encroached on the original plot where the student residence was located, creating a new, smaller plot for this project. The site is located in a rapidly changing urban renewal area, close to a Concerted Development Zone, and requires the renovation and development of road infrastructure. The project comprises three similar-sized housing blocks that rise to four floors. At the corner of Avenue des Herbettes and Avenue de Lespinet, the division of the volume allows for a landmark feature at the intersection. The breakdown into multiple volumes scales the project to its context, creates visual breaks between buildings, and provides access to entrance halls. This also enables the creation of dual-aspect apartments.

The project is located on a plot southwest of Toulouse, behind the ring road. The neighborhood where the project is situated lies at the entrance to the Mirail and Pradettes areas. Currently adjacent to a subdivision named Le Fourtou, the plot runs along St Simon Road. Unlike the surrounding estates, this neighborhood exhibits a suburban style of urban planning. The project plans to demolish the three office buildings to construct four groups of collective residential buildings with one floor above ground level (R+1).

The project is part of the overall development plan for sector 1 of the “Laubis” joint development zone. This was the subject of a “Europan” competition, won by the AR357 urban planning team, and is located on a plot of land on the outskirts of Seilh, not far from the Airbus site and the MEETT, Toulouse Exhibition and Convention Centre. Sector 1 is the beginning of the joint development zone. As “knitting your neighborhood together” is the leitmotiv of urban planners, we proposed a series of strip housing units articulated around a patio during the competition. Sector 1 is divided into several lots: B8, B9, B10/B11, and B12. Lot B8 is being developed by AR357, lots B9, and B12 by the FFFBBB agency, and lot B10/B11 by the TAA agency.

Located in the village of Bagergue at an altitude of over fifteen hundred meters, "La casa Roy" is a typical Val d'Aran house. In the confrontation with the Romanesque church, listed as a World Heritage of Humanity Site by Unesco, like all the others in the valley, the project was discussed by several commissions and the public before it could go ahead. The house is set back from the main street, "Calle Major", creating a small square where the village's herds could drink. Legend has it that Casa Roy was built on the site of the oldest prehistoric hut in the Val d'Aran.

Located in the Minimes district, between the Canal du Midi and the Barrière de Paris neighborhood, the site forms a corner between Avenue Frédéric Estèbe and rue Mengaud. The ground floors of the buildings along Avenue des Minimes, mostly ranging from one to three-story buildings, are mainly occupied by shops. Avenue Frédéric Estèbe, on the other hand, has a marked residential character, with two to four-story buildings as well as ground-floor houses or old Toulousaines that have recently been raised. A network of residential streets runs perpendicular to Avenue Frédéric Estèbe, offering a variety of architectural styles, from beautiful Toulousaines with gardens to pavilions from the 1940s, and small post-war buildings as far as rue Negreneys.

Traces of occupation dating back to the Neolithic era were discovered during excavations in 1974 near the Cluzel oppidum. Initially a part of the Toulouse countryside near Pouvourville, Pech David expanded with the development of Toulouse's suburbs. In the 19th century, Pech David was still a rural area, primarily occupied by agricultural plots and wooded areas more closely associated with Pouvourville than Toulouse.

The site, between the river and the hills, has been occupied since Neanderthal times, bringing a tangible richness to the place. It is also a meeting place of diversity, in its social, functional, and built forms. This project is the last construction phase of the ZAC Niel development area. The site is in the South of Toulouse, close to the Garonne river These quarters are undergoing rapid transformation. In the first phase of work, 427 homes, a care home, a kindergarten, a citizenship center, a Maison des Associations social center, the Rectorat education authority office, and the Niel garden were delivered.

The district of Les Arènes in Toulouse is organised around its transport hub and a public high school. The site is easily recognisable, with the presence of the “Cristal” building, commonly known as the “Barre des Arènes” block, which is 51.5 metres tall and 230 metres long, towering over the neighbouring buildings since its construction in 1961.
