Esquina Nativa redefines the relationship between commercial architecture, landscape, and public space in the contemporary city. Located at the corner of the former Cholul nursery in Mérida, the project begins with a fundamental decision: to preserve the existing vegetation and build around it. Mature trees determine the building's placement, organize circulation, and create the shaded conditions that define the experience of the complex.

Casa Ceniza is a single-family home conceived as a massive geometric volume that protects itself from the street while creating a domestic landscape of courtyards, water, and vegetation within. Closed off to the exterior and open to interior gardens and courtyards, the house proposes an introspective architecture where spaces are gradually revealed along the journey.

Miranda Palmeto is a productive house through the mixed-use of neighborhood-scale. It is part of a series of architectural interventions aimed at enhancing the Palmeto (a collection of palms) at the Cholul Nursery, a 2.5-hectare green space with several decades of history dedicated to producing and selling tropical plants. Located in the heart of Cholul, a Mayan / Colonial community within the municipality of Merida in southeastern Mexicothis, the project seeks to bring value to the site and integrate it within its cultural and environmental context.

The Founders Pavilion (Al Modar) is the result of an architectural intervention to an existing construction to transform it into a multifaceted space adapted for restaurant use. The objective was to achieve a casual, cool and relaxed meeting place where users could live a sensory experience through coffee, food, nature, the built environment and social interaction. The pre-existing building was a small rural house of 50sqm located in one of the corners that contain the foundational square of Cholul, a community of pre-Hispanic origin belonging to the city of Mérida, southeast of Mexico.

Galería Édron is the first intervention on the old corporate building of Grupo Predeco, a company that has manufactured and marketed construction elements and materials in southeastern Mexico for more than 40 years. Édron is a Predeco brand specializing in concrete pavers. The project's goal was to adapt an existing space to display its products. However, the strategy was to carry out a more complex intervention that could showcase alternative ways of applying their pieces, how these could contribute to the architectural language and regional urban image, and highlight their capacity to generate sensory experiences.

NOON is an afterschool for children, where workshops, school counseling and a general stay are given. The project was developed based on a corporate identity, which was adapted to a pre-existing building with a limited budget because of being the first center to be executed; so the project is divided into 2 constructive stages, where the first one is summarized to strategic interventions that improve the functionality and the presence from the street, to the design of exterior and interior areas, and also to the design of furniture of selected spaces; so that together produce professionalism, security, order, creativity, fun and belonging sensations both in children, as in parents and the work team. The general objective was to achieve a space that generates real social and cognitive experiences (not virtual) in children.

For many years, social housing policies in Mexico have driven urban growth toward the peripheries of urban centers. This has caused serious problems for both municipalities and their residents, as these massive developments are built on very cheap land that lacks necessary urban services—which, in some cases, are eventually provided, but in many others are not. Most of these areas are remote and impractical due to long commute times to work, leading to high abandonment rates and turning these developments into highly unsafe areas.
