Brick House is a recently completed private residence located in the heart of Pune's dense urban fabric. Occupying a compact footprint of 4500 square feet, the design is a considered response to the spatial constraints and climatic challenges of its context. The project is rooted in a conscious reinterpretation of traditional Indian architectural principles while integrating a restrained material palette and passive design strategies suited for contemporary urban living.

Set within the dense fabric of a bustling urban neighbourhood and constrained by a modest 4,000 sq. ft. plot, Jali House reimagines the potential of urban residential architecture. Far from feeling confined, the home crafts a serene and poetic spatial experience, proving that powerful architecture can emerge despite limitations. As its name suggests, Jali House is a thoughtful response to both climate and culture. India's abundance of sunlight, the availability of locally sourced materials, and a deep architectural heritage formed the basis of the design strategy. The jali (lattice screen), a traditional element reinterpreted here in a modern idiom, becomes both symbol and solution; a tool to filter light, frame views, and moderate climate.

The Street is envisioned as a community house designed for a plotted residential development of modest 1500 sq.ft. plots, where each homeowner builds their own dream home. As urban land becomes increasingly expensive, many families are moving to the city's peripheries. This transition, however, often comes with a loss of the vibrant social life found in traditional neighbourhoods. The Street seeks to bridge this gap by offering a shared space that complements the Indian way of life, rooted in community interaction, cultural continuity, and everyday connection.

Set in the city of gold, Dubai, this villa was one of the most challenging projects considering the diverse architectural languages that the city follows. Be it the towering skyscrapers, extremely modern boxed structures, or ornate villas, the city sees a lot in spatial expression. Various themes were scrapped, and many ideas were renegotiated till we found a form that very closely mirrors desert architecture.

Respecting the site emboldened by the views of Khadakwasla back-waters and the hills beyond, this submerged house was conceptualized as a piece of architecture merging with the contours. 35 degrees sloping site with the contours seemingly stepping down into the lake were the guiding factors when we set out to design this 3375sft rural belvedere. A series of parallel, free-standing walls erupting from the slopes encompass the spaces.

Situated in the plush and green neighborhood in Pune, green and White house, both figuratively and literally speaks of its context and setting. The house is spread on 4 levels, accommodating the elaborate user requirements, while not compromising on the architectural value. Lush green surroundings make for interesting vistas in the house. A pre-existing lift shaft was required to be retained and the design was worked out around it.

The honey comb boards were laid in layers in different profiles so as to form free flowing curves.

(Phase-1) Corporate office cum factory set-out in the city of Hanoi, Vietnam, explores the rustic and discreet material palette aligning the client requirements to the site context. Being a corporate office and factory setup within the same campus (in fact adjoining each other), spaces were planned introvert. A series of courts interwoven in the work zones breathe freshness in the ambience. A gaze across the office presents one with the pleasing view of landscape and water instead of the blind partitions and decorative interiors.
