Preserving its original identity, this 120-square-meter apartment was reconfigured to accommodate new ways of living. São Paulo, 2024 - A renovation project that began before the pandemic underwent several brief changes over time. Initially conceived with a more contemporary, pop aesthetic, the project had to be adjusted to incorporate a more sober style after the owner chose to pause construction. This transition and integration of styles led Studio MEMM, led by architect Marcelo Macedo, to develop a unique and harmonious solution.
