Cascadia is located in the mountains of Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, offering complete isolation from the city while preserving nature as it is. Surrounded by layers of mountains and rock formations, Cascadia brings to life all the wonders of nature as if created by the gods—an unknown world, entirely removed from the mortal world. This vision creates the framework of our core concept: the "realm of the gods." Accordingly, every building is thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the site's natural topography, seamlessly following the contours of the mountainous terrain and integrating with newly introduced waterfalls.

Upperhouse Namsan Exhibit Hall “Only Invited” / STRX Architects

The Upperhouse Exhibit Hall equally creates the spatial concept that STRX hopes to provide to our clients through upcoming Upperhouse Namsan. STRX recognizes this place as a drawing room for “only invited” Upperhouse people. Through this Exhibit Hall, some of the clients already contracted the Upperhouse Namsan even without any information about the floorplans and arrangement plan. As Upperhouse Cheongdam involves a vast Cheongdam Park view, Upperhouse Namsan will have a Han-river and about 1,025,000㎡ of mountain Namsan as its natural landscape.

Cheongdam located in the center of Seoul Korea is well known for its status and quality. STRX team, hence, have collectively decided that Cheongdam would be an ideal place for our fourth installment of the Upperhouse Project. Befitted with the region, we have devoted ourselves to every detail not only in each unit but also in other facilities. Upperhouse is surrounded by a 6 million m² wide Cheongdam-Park along the East. Thus, we built a wide yard in the South and sunken garden in the North to reflect the vast natural atmosphere allowing the dwellers to feel the nature even from the basement.
