Located in Point Lonsdale, Victoria nestled amongst a tapestry of moonah and tea trees is Point Lonsdale House. This modest project sought to transform an existing 1980’s brown brick project home from a well-lived in family home which previously accommodated a family of five, into a house for the clients to retire in now that their children have left home and have families of their own.

Sea Change House is located in the coastal town of Barwon Heads, Victoria, Australia on a street that accommodates an eclectic mix of post-war beach houses and modern contemporary architecture. The brief was for a modern, low maintenance dwelling with views in all directions, and provided an opportunity to re-imagine the vernacular a modern-day beach house.

Limerick House is a modest addition to an existing dwelling on a rural Victorian property. The new addition orientates the home towards the expansive country hillside views, providing a connection to its surrounds not evident in the existing dwelling.
