The house is located in a neighborhood in the city of Córdoba, aiming to consolidate and enjoy a beautiful city that is currently experiencing a concerning process of expansion, population displacement, and abandonment by citizens attracted to homogeneous, gated communities on the outskirts. The concept for the house stems from childhood memories and the sensations evoked by the beautiful lot and its wooded neighborhood: the desire to live among courtyards and trees within the city. The stairs are arranged around the tree in the internal courtyard to provide access to the different levels.
