Amore, love of a lawyer couple. This residence has been designed as a place of carnation for two busy young lawyers coming back home after a hectic day and turns into music lovers, art connoisseur, nature, and pet lovers. Although the lot size is only around 200 sqm, the design effectively accommodates both tangible and intangible functions, meeting the couple's desires. The thoughtful arrangement maximizes space, balancing functionality and personal needs while ensuring comfort and practicality within the limited area.

Rasulbagh Children’s Park / Shatotto

Within the park, the grass had all but withered away, the walls were cracked and covered with graffiti, and the trees were malnourished. There was an abandoned three-story building along the western edge of the park and a still-active mosque in the southeast corner. Locals had to walk through the park to access the mosque and would frequently use the open field for rituals and religious activities when the interior was full. Since there were no proper walkways, undamaged seats, or ground covers, many people including children and the elderly had to pray on the coarse dirt. The narrow alleyways and open drains also caused the park and access roads to flood with sewage water during heavy rains, which made traversal difficult and unhygienic.

The 3 storey single family retreat home with awning verandas is visible in the milieu of the span of abundant green which posed both a challenge and opportunity at the same time. The west façade of the residence looks upon a vast expanse of military farmland with a prominently standing Chatim (Alstonia Scholaris) tree meeting the eyes of the onlooker.

The new design is a departure from traditional mosques in both physical and philosophical designs, combining old and new ideas into a contemporary concept.

SP Setia, considered as one of the largest developers in Malaysia. Their new large venture “Setia Alam” is located in the “Shah Alam” area, south west of Kuala Lumpur. In this approximately five thousand acres of new city, SP Setiadecided to build their own headquarters on a four-acre of land. This developed the idea for a very formal design approach to emphasize on the social commitment of SP Setiato contribute in the national development of Malaysia through their edifice in this new city. Further to that, the Setia headquarters have been designed as a green building and achieved first ever private commercial building in Malaysia green buildings “platinum” certification.

Dhaka, a five-hundred square miles city has over time become an area of complete urban mayhem. Getting a lake and a narrow strip of green patch on the back side (west) of the plot was a fortune in a city where total city green is not more than five percent. This eight family house is located at United Nations Road at the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone. A deal made between the land owner and the developer was to divide the seven thousand five hundred square feet plot in equal two pieces to construct two six-storied buildings of two-thousand-eight-hundred square feet area on each floor in order to share equally.
