The rectangular lot was leveraged to establish a new scheme of order and to propose specific boundaries toward its only two fronts. The intervention aims to bring to the fore fundamental disciplinary themes such as transparency, gravity, material expression, spatial fluidity, and continuity, as well as light and climate.
