The project is located in the mesophilic forest of the old Xalapa - Coatepec highway in terrain with privileged panoramic qualities; In this polygonal and in correspondence with the slope of the lot, the design is proposed seeking to emphasize the views for all the departments and promote the contemplation of the environment.

Oyamel emerges from the earth, shyly facing the street yet turning boldly towards the Cofre de Perote and the Pico de Orizaba, which are framed by its architectural tendency to seek the unfolding of interior space to the exterior. It exists in dialogue with its environment, on a large plot of land. The ideal place will be in the center, just at the border of the ravine, under shelter and in harmony with the greenery.

The house emerges on a humid and forest zone, situated on Antigua Xalapa Coatepec road. The house is located at the very top of a hill, offering great views of the adjacent hill which is protected by the Institute of Ecology of the city of Xalapa, designated to an ecological reserve (inecol).
