The Zaremba Residence is a bold statement that embodies the playful, adventurous, and cozy lifestyle of a family of five. The clients quickly became enthused about the project with a key goal to create an iconic home for the unique location at the tip of Buddina with the Ocean to the East and Mooloolaba Marina + northern coastline to the North West. The house achieves the client's street appeal requirements by boasting identifying curves, creating a visually striking effect that is truly unique and iconic to the area.

The Morrison Residence; nestled in the suburb of Buddina and the ever-growing Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This modern, contemporary home is a beautiful example of what can be accomplished with clients that wish to test what can be achieved on your typical suburban allotment, and a builder with the skills to execute. A relatively modest construction provided the foundation to focus on the key details and styling of this atypical home. From the outset, the clients were eager to step away from the norm, wanting a house with a difference. In an unusual and somewhat risky move, the proposal of an inbound central service core was welcomed.

Glennon residence is a contemporary floating timber box with a twist, located in Noosa Heads, Queensland. This project showcases the beauty of what a modest budget can achieve in home design for a father, young adult son, and teenage son that differs from your typical home. The plan was developed on the need for separate zones for the trio, as well as incorporate a space downstairs in which guests could stay and feel they had their own space to escape. The budget was tight, hence, as seen, a box on box approach was adopted.

Text description provided by the designers. A landmark site, a radical client willing to take risks and a sensational builder, the dream commission. The south facing riverfront allotment was occupied by a very charming but exhausted 1940's worker's cottage. The cottage was casually nestled between two mature trees, one to the street and one to the river, the secluded, sheltered feel needed to somehow remain. Surrounded by High-rise construction either side this would be the only house left in the street, it had to be excellent, not wasting a single inch of the expensive development potential site.
