For the renovation of this newly purchased apartment, the client envisioned a clean, timeless architectural and interior design to enjoy during his recent retirement. He chose architect Rafael Ramos after a recommendation from a former client and having experienced the desired architectural language firsthand during a visit to another apartment designed by the office. Every stage of the project was conceived as a cohesive whole—starting from the architectural layout, the custom millwork, lighting, finishes, and executive plans were fully integrated and tailored to the client's needs.

The young client wanted an architectural project that would translate his dreams for his first apartment into reality; the challenge was to put onto the drawing board the aesthetic and functional desires for this duplex penthouse. Featuring sober, timeless tones, the design prioritizes seamless integration between spaces, providing comfort for both daily living and hosting friends and family.
