Hacienda Wabi is a residential complex nestled within the jungle, seamlessly blending into its natural surroundings. Promoted by Namus, a Tulum-based developer specializing in boutique projects and designed by RA!, the structure, composed of stairways and terraces, rises to create spaces that, over time, seem to surrender back to nature. The building’s design seeks to reinterpret the passage of time through the lens of ruin aesthetics.

Under the cliffs of Tepozteco emerges LL House, where its monoliths settle as if the weathered stones of the hill had been sculpted to inhabit them. The geometric composition of the house responds to a fragmentation of prisms that join and separate to shape its internal spaces. They come together to create amplitude and disperse to retreat into solitude.

The project consists of the intervention of premises located in the Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City, a tourist, commercial, and service neighborhood with a large pedestrian flow. On one side of the premises, there is a traditional ice cream parlor, and on the other side, a bank that connects Polanco with Lincoln Park.

The MAZU 947 building is located in the south of Mexico City on corner lot between Miguel Ángel de Quevedo avenue and Vicente García Torres Street.The architecture of the house belongs to the modern Mexican movement, it was projected and built in the 60s by the Architect Miguel Giralt Pelegri with the purpose of housing his family.

Roma Norte is a neighborhood in Mexico City full of history and movement, known for its cultural, gastronomic, and architectural display. The taco place “Los Alexis” is located on Chiapas street, a space that pays tribute to informal commerce that takes the space by reinterpreting a street taco “changarro” within its commercial premises, with a simple menu of 2 tacos, the Taurinos and Asada.
