The house develops longitudinally on the ground floor, starting from a grid where public functions are placed on one side and private functions on the other, being the central quadrants, the distribution hall, and the internal courtyards. These allow constant integration with nature in the interior and cross ventilation, as well as complying with the design premise that all spaces are oriented towards the north.

The house is structured by two large volumes that dialogue and define its layout on the ground. A large horizontal prism sits along its length and contains the social sectors of the house. Next to it, an imposing cube is attached containing the private sectors of it. The morphological contrast of both, marks and hierarchizes the entrance to the house, which acts as a link between the two volumes.

The house starts from the volumetric structure that forms a horseshoe on the ground floor with a juxtaposed prism that configures the upper floor. This arrangement of volumes allows the generation of an internal courtyard that organizes and illuminates the home and in turn allows the correct cohesion of the spaces.
