These properties were originally used to store railcars. Over the years, as the properties were subdivided, they became individualized. The irregularly shaped lot features a site area of only 95 square meters. Transforming this industrial-use property into a home presented a major challenge. Additionally, the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) did not allow the construction of any habitable (roofed) spaces on the upper floor.
