The project was commissioned to relocate the headquarters of a business consulting company, moving from a corporate hub to the center of São Paulo, in the Copan Building. Immersing ourselves in the internal changes of the company, we proposed a project with fundamental transformations in the use of space compared to the old headquarters. Through discussions with the client, we identified a workflow that was predominantly external to the office, involving extensive client meetings and immersive debriefs upon returning to the headquarters.

We Coffee – Vila Nova Conceição / Pitá Arquitetura

We Coffee’s third store have just been opened next to Ibirapuera Park, in the Vila Nova Conceição neighborhood in São Paulo. It has the brand's characteristics but it was set up in a completely different way from the others, where the standard white color of the other stores was rethought from scratch and positioned in a way that embraces the local architecture, a result of the union of two constructions.

Inteli Educacional Complex / Pitá Arquitetura

The project comprises a 968,75 sqft complex, with 3 buildings and a large outdoor area that connects everything. The main entrance leads the users through a marquee to building 06, the cafeteria, where there is a large covered eating area with overhead lighting, wooden decks, a wellness room, and pedagogical support for students and families. Permeating this building is a large garden of Atlantic forest with a reflecting pool that connects the cafeteria to the educational building, where there is a central square, cafes, library, laboratories, classrooms, spaces for self-study, student support, auditorium, meeting rooms, and coordinators.
