The apartment was given a loft-like feel by integrating the spaces. The mashrabiya (muxarabi) provides privacy for the master suite with a partial view of the living room, without sacrificing the privileged views of the neighborhood skyline.

The 140.0 m² (1,507 sq ft) apartment is located in Perdizes, one of São Paulo's most famous neighborhoods. Situated on the building's first floor, the windows in the living room and bedrooms look out onto the daily life and movement of the street. To make the apartment more spacious, airy, and bright—and especially to cater to the family's love for cooking and comfortably hosting family and friends—turning the kitchen into the centerpiece of the home was the main focus of the project from the very beginning.

Located on one of the most upscale avenues in São Paulo, the JK apartment, situated on Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue, boasts a privileged view from its balcony of the famous avenue, the JK Shopping Mall, and Parque do Povo. Measuring approximately 50.0 m² (538 sq ft), the apartment was designed for a young entrepreneur to serve as his residence during his stays in São Paulo.

This two-story duplex apartment, totaling 1,722 square feet (160 square meters), is located near the Ipiranga Museum in São Paulo. The building consists of two relatively low-rise towers (9 stories), one of which is set back from the street—where this apartment is situated. This configuration provides a pleasant, less metropolitan feel, especially being on a lower floor, offering visual and acoustic breathing room thanks to the distance from the street.

The design for the Brooklin apartment (São Paulo, Brazil) was developed for a young couple with two small children who wanted a new home where they could raise their kids and entertain friends and family in a cozy, comfortable, yet sophisticated and modern environment.
Because of the residents' connections to various cities across Brazil, the project serves, in a way, as a tribute to the country.

This 48.0 m² (516 sq ft) apartment is located in one of São Paulo's most famous neighborhoods, in a new building near the Bresser-Mooca subway station. Positioned on the building's first floor, the balcony allows residents to feel connected to the daily life and movement of the street. The main layout change from the original floor plan was swapping the positions of the living/TV room and the dining room. As part of this reorganization, one of the two original bedrooms was reduced to create a more spacious living/TV area, allowing the remainder of that room to become a closet and home office integrated into the primary bedroom. The balcony was enclosed in glass and its sliding door removed, fully integrating it into the rest of the apartment.

The Vila Romana Triplex was a very special project inspired by design, art, culture and games. To achieve the final result with a contemporary design, the 250m² apartment features modern solutions such as the integration of environments, a swimming pool with a glass edge, a staircase and a mezzanine that is hollowed out in a slender metalwork design. On the other hand, it was a very challenging process, as the apartment is in an old building where the implementation of the solutions required a series of adaptations. Sectoring the 3 floors of the project, on the first floor, in the Social Hall, we have a first reference (there are many) to Brasilia with a painting we made with tiles by Athos Bulcão. Entering the apartment through the Social Entrance, we have the Dining Room, Kitchen and Laundry and the corridor to the bedrooms. The idea was to integrate the dining room and kitchen through a cobogó wall that also brings natural light into the corridor leading to the intimate areas. The client's dream was to have a pink kitchen. So, we used the same pink finishes for the kitchen and laundry room, which are also integrated, but with the challenge of not making them look childish, we counterbalanced the pink of the cabinets and the ceramic tiles with a Portuguese design (a link to their other house) on the floor with the graphite color of the countertop veneer, details of the freijó joinery and the cladding above the countertop in blue. n the dining room, the organic tabletop designed by us follows the design of the room, allowing for fluid circulation around the space and the wooden floor brings the warmth of natural materials into the room. This room also features wall art by the artist Dani Shirozono, a close friend of the couple.

Built from scratch, this 400 m² house located in the heart of São Paulo (Brazil) has 3 levels: a garage on the lower floor, a social area on the ground floor, and a private wing on the upper floor. The concept was to provide all the warmth and brightness of a beach house in the city, using natural materials such as stones, wood, and bricks. The recreational complex is comprehensive and includes a barbecue area, an outdoor swing, and a pool with a suspended deck and spa. The high ceilings allow for abundant natural light and cross ventilation.

This 2000.00m² shed located in the neighborhood of Vila Leopoldina - São Paulo, near Marginal Pinheiros was used as a factory and warehouse for 50 years and was seen as a potential structure for a new function.
