This project was designed for a young couple of doctors and their daughter. Their main request was maximum integration, which we absolutely loved. We removed the window frames, transforming the living room and balcony into a single space. The kitchen was also completely opened to the living room, ultimately becoming the centerpiece of the home. The result is a highly spacious apartment with a youthful atmosphere, rich in textures and touches of color. Whenever we work with the demand of opening a kitchen to the living room, we must pay special attention to that space.

This project was designed for a doctor with adult children who decided to trade her large apartment for a smaller one to start a new phase of life. Integrating the spaces and using neutral tones with pops of color in the decor bring a sense of spaciousness and lightness to the design. In this apartment, we joined the kitchen and the living room using a gourmet island, which features Helga barstools by Estudio Bola. We chose a neutral palette for the kitchen with a white quartz countertop, lower cabinets in Freijó wood, and upper flip-up cabinets in white glass. We clad the back wall with Portinari's matte white Diamante tile, adding texture and elegance to the spaces.

A mountain house fully renovated after years of deterioration from disuse. The owner wished to return to the home where her children spent their childhood, now including her grandchildren in the dynamic. Great care was taken to preserve the original facade of the house, while completely redesigning the interior. To better accommodate the family, the brief requested that all five bedrooms be converted into suites and a powder room be added. In addition, the kitchen was opened up to the living room, with the option of closing it off when needed, to make the house more integrated. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool was designed with multiple uses—including a hot tub, a shallow deck for the children, and a deep end—all while framing the views of the mountains, which is one of the home's highlights.

For the Casa Cor Rio 2019 exhibition, we designed Estúdio Elã as a tribute to the singer Ney Matogrosso. The 70-square-meter studio was subtly divided into areas that each pay homage to a key chapter in the artist's life.
