Without any architectural landmark and the idea of constructing a new building with distinctive institutional features, all domestic architectural elements have been deleted: the door, window, floor height,… All elements are abstracted in order to reach a language almost minimalist and very different from the surrounding buildings. This abstraction simplifies the constructing system and adjusts the material budget.
