In a residential suburban area on the outskirts of Seville is located the medical office that the Andalusian Health Service has put in hands of the architecture buffet, which intends to use part of the neighborhood’s association facilities meeting quite an adjusted budget. Without any architectural landmark and the idea of constructing a new building with distinctive institutional features, all domestic architectural elements have been deleted: the door, window, floor height,… All elements are abstracted in order to reach a language almost minimalist and very different from the surrounding buildings. This abstraction simplifies the constructing system and adjusts the material budget.
